Service Terms and Conditions

Our planes take 1 passenger at a time. We can fly 2 at the same time in 2 different planes. We do have a weight limit of 105kg, and the age limit is 7 to 99 years.
We do not fly on Sundays. Please note that all flights are weather dependent, and Island Wings reserves the right to cancel due to weather conditions.

Please note that this is a pre-booking form.
Our team will review your details and check availability for your preferred date before confirming your reservation. Availability might be affected depending on weather conditions and public holidays. We will do our best to find the best available time for you.

One passenger at a time per seaplane
Our seaplanes are two-seaters, with one seat reserved for the pilot and one for the passenger. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate more passengers in one seaplane.

Duo flights
Share the experience of flying together, side by side, in two separate seaplanes and communicate with each other using in-flight VHF radio.

Weight limit
Weight limit per passenger is 105kg.

Payment options
We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and cash in EURO or MAURITIAN RUPEE. Exchange rates apply. Please bring your card or cash as mobile payments are not supported.

Bad Weather Cancellation
In case of cancellation due to bad weather conditions or low tied, our team will contact you as soon as possible by WhatsApp, phone call, or email. Please keep your phone handy on the day of your flight. Also feel free to contact us on WhatsApp before leaving your accommodation to confirm your flight.
